Bringing people together.

Yeah, that's our mission.

From a small basement in a house outside of Aarhus, we started out with a simple idea: to bring people together in real life. We just wanted to create an app where people could find parties and meet new people.

Then time passed, we went to study in high school and then to university. A lot of things happened, but we never forgot about our idea. We kept dreaming and thinking about it, and when we graduated, we decided to make it happen.

We started to see the potential in our app and decided to take it to the next level. We started to work on it full time and we have never looked back since. We have grown a lot since then, and now we're nation wide.

What the future holds, is uncertain, we just want Happenings to grow. What we do know, is that we will keep working hard to making our dream reality. So stay tuned and join us on our journey. We promise you, it's going to be fun.

Our values

We believe in creating a world where people can come together to share their passions, ideas, and dreams. We strive to create a culture that is inclusive, supportive, and always learning. Our values are the foundation of everything we do. They guide us in our decisions, inspire us to be our best, and help us create a better world for everyone.

Never take no for an answer.
Say yes to new opportunities and challenges, and if we say no, we have to argument our case. Keep pushing forward and never take no for an answer.
Take responsibility.
Every decision we make has an impact on our community. We take responsibility for our actions and strive to make a positive difference in the world.
Never think short-term.
There is a difference between: “Working out to get a summer body” and “Working out because that’s who you are.” We set long-term goals, and short-term habits are getting us there.
The "Magic Bullet" does not exist.
That is why we plan for the future, but focus on the day that’s ahead of us, and improve just 1% every day.
Shipping beats perfection.
Nothing will ever be perfect, no matter how much we try. A lot of opportunities will be lost if we wait for things to be right. So “ship,” and then improve (that 1%).
Do not multi-task.
We choose one thing and then beat it into submission. No matter what it is — a business idea, a conversation, or a workout. Being fully present and committed is indispensable.
